Platinum Contract
This contract comprises the following:
- All Spare Parts including the x-ray generator head.
- All transport and freight costs for spare parts
- All Labour costs – 7 days per week (including travel to and from site)
- Preventative maintenance services every 3 months (including radiation safety checks)
- All Emergency Call-outs.
Gold Contract
This Contract comprises the following:
- All Spare Parts excluding the x-ray generator head.
- All transport and freight costs for spare parts
- All Labour – 5 days per week Mon-Fri, 08h:00-17h:00 (including travel to and
from site)
- Preventative maintenance services every 4 months (including radiation safety checks)
- Four (4) Emergency Call-outs
per annum.
